Why is rent falling in freehold communities?

Latest Rera rent index update shows rental declines Downtown Dubai across all categories of apartments

Any thoughts why this is happening?

I haven't seen this, I have not seen increases but only 1 unit out of nearly 100 has reduced rentals. I mainly work in Marina and Palm.

I think the rent is stable as of now.
