Where Is The Best Of The Best In Spain?

Speaking with an international tongue, where would a person go to acquire high-end real estate in Spain? Luxury real estate either for private use or to rent/lease? Villa's would be preferred within the Balearic Isles, Mallorca or Menorca. People are asking me for the best of the best and I would like as many opinions as possible.

Hard to say where is THE best, but I currently live in Barcelona, and prices are unbelievably low. A central flat of 3 bedrooms for less than 120k euros. Like... 90k gbp!
The market has hit bottom and is now recovering. Barcelona is such a beautiful place, the market is definitely on its way back, especially with the foreign investors trying to grab golden visas.
I get yields of over 6% when I buy at the moment, and if you finance with a mortgage of 80% at 1.5% interest your yield goes nuts!
