What would a second Brexit referendum do to the UK property market?

There seems to be growing support for a second UK Brexit referendum with a suggestion that those who voted to leave the European Union may have second thoughts. At the moment it seems unlikely but if there was a second referendum how would this impact the UK property market?

This is a very tricky question because if the UK remained within the European Union then property markets would probably breathe a sigh of relief. However, this would go against the will of the UK people and also potentially undermine the authority of the government.

This growing talk of a second referendum is in my opinion well wide of the mark and could create a constitutional crisis when you bear in mind how the UK public voted in the initial referendum.
