This is something which drives me mad! So-called negative headings highlighting the growth rate of UK property prices is falling. However, there is no focus on the continued growth in UK property prices. Many countries in Europe and further afield would give their right arm to have such a strong property market as that in the UK.

Some publications are continually negative on the UK property market when a property rise means a fall is imminent or a falling property market will continue forever. Do your own research, that is what the Internet is there for!

By all means check out the headlines but you'll soon find out that a positive/negative issue can be spun both ways by the media. The best thing to do is to do your own research, read what others are saying and then arrive at your own decision. Do not be overly influenced by positive/negative property market headlines - you will find that many publications have a particular agenda.
