UAE Wills (for property)

Does anyone have any experience and / or recommendations in respect of making a UAE will to protect a non resident property owner from not being able to pass on a property in the event of death please? I understand that a property will not automatically be passed on to a wife - is that correct?!

I am UK resident with a wife and children and my solicitor recommend that a specialist deal with my matters outside of he UK.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There may be people on the forum who have gone through a similar experience - hopefully they will be able to help. However, regulations can change very quickly and what was the right course of action a couple of years ago might not be relevant today.

It is vital that you take professional advice from a specialist but hopefully you can get some background from forum members which will help you when you come to drawing up the paperwork.
