We have been in Panama 3 time within the past year looking at property and believe that there is a glut in the market at present but many of the property owners are still holding on for higher prices. We have narrowed our search to the "Dry Arc" area near Coronado. Specifically we are interested in the areas around San Carlos and Santa Clara.
