Fresh Property Co launches limited apartments in Prime Sao Paulo

Prime Sao Paulo is one of the best investment opportunities we have seen: freehold serviced apartments (without restrictions!) in a prime business area in the centre of Sao Paulo from an internationally recognised hotel brand.

This is an opportunity to see a fantastic return on investment faster than off plan property. The serviced apartments are new and finished in the highest standards. They are under the brand of one of the most recognised and reputable serviced apartment companies in the world.

These apartments are already complete and being rented on a 3 monthly basis. The yields are currently 11% after ALL costs, but are due to increase. There are approximately 40 multi-national companies in this area, and there is a waiting list of tenants who want to rent these apartments: 100% OCCUPANCY.

ABOUT SAO PAULO

Sao Paulo (São Paulo - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia) is the 5th largest city IN THE WORLD by population and has the strongest real estate market in the whole country with over 19 million people living in its perimeters. Its economy is also the strongest in Brazil with the majority of multinationals establishing themselves in the city, generating more investment and a sound and improved infra structure with new hotels, restaurants and improvements in airports.

Guarulhos airport has launched new flight connections in September 2007 to Paris and Rome, whereas routes such as Sao Paulo / London, Madrid, Mexico City, Montevideo and Santiago, have been re-established. TAM, one of the main Brazilian airline companies will start operating from December 2007 daily flights to Frankfurt, Madrid and Caracas.

The boom of ethanol production in Brazil concentrates in the state of Sao Paulo and brings more foreign investment to its capital. According to the Wall Street Journal, 15% of the production of gasoline in America will be replaced by ethanol within one decade.

American investors are keen to invest in the Brazilian version of ethanol made by sugar cane, much more effective and cost beneficial than the one made by corn, which is still widespread in America.

Just a quick update: 8 now sold, only 2 remaining.

We don't normally go for projects with "rental guarantees", but with a guarantee from the rental agency of at least R$1,000 per month (nett),we just couldn't resist.
