Need advice, am asset rich but cash poor, with 3 btl properties and £700k combined equity. How best to release c.£80k for next venture?

It would appear that you have more than enough equity to warrant a loan of £80,000 and I would guess that the income from your buy to let investments would cover repayments? Is your new venture property related?

Hello, You should be able to release property from your existing BTLs with a mortgage - an IFA should be able to review your current portfolio and advise you

Would investors receive a reduced mortgage rate using fully paid up assets as collateral as opposed to a mortgage company taking a traditional charge on your intended property purchase?
