Property Maintenance Smolyan

Hi, I have a property on the outskirts of Smolyan that I'm looking to sell. However I need to arrange for someone to go in and clean it/do general maintenance in order to get it to a state where it can be sold. Can anyone recommend any individuals or companies providing this service in the Smolyan area?

I'm in the same boat really, wanting to sell my house which is is the Smolyan area, and not able as yet to travel over because of work. and I need to pay this years house/garbage tax. and any electricity charges..so i am going to try to pay this online.

if i find any further information will post on here..

We did have the help from a Bulgarian who worked for the property agents when we bought our house, and he helped us out with all sorts of things, and spoke very good English but have lost touch over the years.
