Just contact a Dubai based real estate agent (or a few agents)- there are hundreds of them - and they will advertise it for you. They will ask for proof of ownership (usually a copy of your SAP agreement) and proof that you have paid for your property.
I would suggest you first look on the property section of GNADS to see what sort of prices comparable properties are being advertised for and also what agents are selling them.

I should have worded the original post slightly different. Once a buyer has been found and the price has been agreed. Whats are the legal procedures for selling a property in Dubai.
