non-resident mortgage in dubai

Hi

I’ve been struggling to find a reasonable non-resident mortgage for a property I am willing to buy in Dubai, every time i call a bank they seem to be shocked with the idea!!

anyone knows a bank or a finance company who provide this product to a Saudi national ?

Well you shock me too. I think the policies are just for residents for the time. I think we might hear about it in the future but until now I too haven't heard of anything favoring mortgage for non residents.

its there in RAKBank & Tamweel finance , i just want to do it direct with the bank without any mortgage brokers

yes for sure, try a company called overseas mortgage. they are a brokerage specialising in non resident finance

If you are struggling to get finance then why would you not look to use a specialist broker in the UAE?

Surely that what they are there to do, arrange finance for you if you are having issues..... :hmpf:
