Looks like they've finally hit the wall.
Just surprised it's taken this long. Sales staff were on huge commissions & the MD liked to rub shoulders with pro footballers; had a box at Old Trafford, sponsored Port Vale and even has Andy Townsend fronting the promotional video. Add in the Lamborghini & the helicopter - didn't investors wonder where their money was going ?.
6,000 properties sold, only 300 built. Not good news for the 'buyers', many of whom had been persuaded to invest via their SIPP's.
