What do you think about investing in Estonian now, as I see in year 2007 most of people have seen only negativity in Estonia, so has anything changed?

Now is 2012, and many things have changed. First of all, we have passed the economic crisis (actually many still feel that) and it means that the prices for the properties are not much more better for the buyer. Specially if you buy a new apartment (in a house built after 2000).
The prices for the "old apartments "(built in 1960 etc) are quite high and that's why nobody buys them :).

Brokers will do everything in connection with the deal. Just one small advice: it is better to look that the broker would be a qualified (there should be a mark of attested broker). One very good area for living (and there are many foreingers) is Tiskre area, it is near the sea and 5 kilometers far from the closest shopping centers area
