So what does everybody think about land plots in the Cayman Islands then?
In fact what do people think about land in general right now?
and managed sub divisions?
I like the idea of strategic management when it comes to investing in Real Estate. I can either be a retail investor and buy end product, or I can buy early and make significantly better capital gains.
Isn't that what Real Estate investing is all about?
