expensive lawyers will get us absolutely nowhere? Do you think your (new) forum will get them anywhere? Why would you even use the word expensive? Thanks God, Ajman court fees are not that expensive. Moreover, there are few law firms who are willing to accept cases on a No win No fee basis.

Yes, but I agree Ajman property investment is a complete nightmare and good luck with your new forum!

If you were genuine Reasonant then you would be supporting people and adding your name to it rather than knocking anything anybody is trying to do for everybody else and responding with childish snide comments.

No such thing as no win no fee anywhere....even the pro bono scheme was only a PR excercise between all these leading law firms and the lands department - only case publicised to date is the Mizin case in Dubai - the culprit has just returned to face the music in Dubai on 20 Feb 2010 so lets see if the appeal goes his way!
