    the index doesn't reflect the full reality. i live in tecom, and the rental price i am paying is much lower than that. i guess it all comes back to the agent in charge of leasing the building.. if the building is new, and the developer is anxious to lease his units, than prices will definitely...

    @ baba toto. international city is very good for retail. spinneys just opened overthere. the trick is to strike that good idea of a retail project. it is full of people.

    at first, i was surprised (much like everyone in dubai) when i've heard about cars being abandoned . but then, rumours start spreading with different figures (3000, 5000 even 9000 cars left in the airport parking lots). which figure is real, no one can answer.
