wow in august the prices were 575dhs and still now the prices are 575dhs. nearly 2 months on the prices havent really increased shows you alot about ajman.

well am a british expat living in uae now. we bought a 4 bedroom house in south east england in bucks county about 7 years ago for £200,000 = 1.4 million dhs. the rent we get is approx 100,000dhs per year. i agree dubai is safer compared to UK but the crime rate is slowly increasing in UAE...

does this affect the other states like RAK, Ajman where prices are relatively low? or are we talking about the whole of the UAE here??

nasir i think the studios have run out you could pick up them from the re-sale market but you will have to pay premium. if you can afford it go for the one bedroom.
