Hey there hru.. you can stake a claim from Tameer for not delievering the flat on time. maybe all of us can do it together. the price is around 650 dhs per sq.ft for new flats around that area.

Hi There are 2 buildings which are ready ..but waiting for electricity and water connection in ic phase 3 4 buildings are being built along the same road of Al jawzaa which should be ready in about 3 to 6 months. as far as ic1 is concenered it is completely builtand huge crowds living...

hI They actually started painting the exteriors white on th e al jawzaa 1 .. and when I enquired the workers say at least another year before the building to be completed.. any news to prove me wrong ... :secruity:
