Parties on both sides of the Brexit debate can argue all they want but we need to listen to those on the ground who know exactly what is going on. So far there has been little impact on the likes of Taylor Wimpey.

Even those forecasting a major fall in UK property prices admit we are now in uncharted waters. So, why should we discount the opinions of UK housebuilders who know the market better than anybody else?

Who are we to question the likes of Taylor Wimpey who have been there, done it and lived to fight another day? Sceptics would suggest they have a vested interest to talk up the market but surely the figures speak for themselves?
