While the economic downturn which began in 2008 is still impacting many economies around the world there are some property markets which have performed admirably. Indeed someone would go as far as to suggest that the UK property market is beginning to “overheat” and the authorities should take action sooner rather than later to avoid

While governments of the day are elected to run the economy in a specific manner sometimes I think that investors need to take more responsibility for their actions? At the end of the day waves of speculative money targeted at a specific market will always overpower regulatory changes unless they are extreme changes. Why are some investors determined to take the glory in the good days but blame governments and other bodies when things go wrong?

Governments around the world manipulate economies, investment markets and the property market all the time. Just check out the well-orchestrated economic booms ahead of new government elections.
