Default can anyone help me sell my ajman property

i have a 1 bed in lake signature in emirates lake towers in ajman and whilst i am really happy with it i am now ready to sell it on. any pointers will be much appreciated.

I know of a company who specialise in the sale, resale and rental of properties in Egypt and the Middle East.

I have a 1 bed in lake signature in emirates lake towers. It has the following:

I paid 419,000 AED for it and i want 430,000 AED which is about 544 AED per sq ft. I have paid approx 30% and so including my premium i need AED 143,151. The payment plan after that is 28 monthly installments of AED 9,796.10 and 12,559.10 upon possession all directly to the developer - GR8 Holdings.

Hi Britishegyptian,

Please google the following and go to the first hit for pics and more on the property:

"gr8 holdings lake signature"

Not sure about the legalities of taking over the payment plan but it has been fairly relaxed whilst i have been making the payments as i bought through a UK agent but I will find out more in detail and get in touch with you when i have more details on this front.

I know the developer charges a transfer fee which i think is approx 2% and as normally an agent would also be involved he/she too would charge approx 2%. Both would have to be paid by the buyer as applicable.

hi, I have BMV apartments in Goldcrest Smart Towers in Eye of Ajman. Bought at AED570 per sqft and selling for AED 575 per sq ft. Floor rise charge to be added. 1 bed and 2 beds available. the current market value is AED 585 per sq ft. let me know your email address and i can send more information.

Hi, I also have numerous properties for sale, in Eye of Ajman (Goldcrest), in Awali City (Cavendish2), in Downtown Jebel Ali, and in Culture village. Rates are much lower then the market value. Please let me know if anyone is interested

Have you tried using an agent to advertise them on the web to uk, european and middle eastern markets?
